Covid Notice

As we reopen we will be preparing the salon to ensure all health + safety measures are in place in accordance with the government guidelines.

1. We have cleaning + handwashing & Hygiene procedures in line with government guidance

2.  We have done everything practical manage transmission risk

3. Health and safety risk assessments will be carried out every day

PPE & Health & Safety Measures

• We have taken all reasonable steps to keep at a +1m distance in the workplace whilst also adhering to the correct PPE

• Facemasks and visors will be worn by our whole team in accordance with the government guidelines

• Clients coming in to have treatments will be given hand sanitiser and disposable shoe covers. We kindly ask that you bring your own masks with you but we will provide masks if clients haven’t brought in their own.

• Perspex shields will be installed at the reception desk and manicure table.

• Clients will be asked to sanitise hands at entry of salon.

• Plastic boxes will be provided for clients to put all their belongings in whilst in the treatment rooms.

• All high touch areas in the salon such as door handles/card machines /chairs/ beds will be thoroughly cleaned down and sanitised after every client.

• We will be allowing extra time between each client for this sanitisation before beginning of the next client.

• Refreshments + magazines will not be served / offered to reduce risk of germs. However if you like to bring your own please feel free to do so but please dispose of your own cups / bottles upon leaving the salon.

• The toilet will be open for clients and we will provide liquid handwash, sanitisers & disposable towels for clients to use.

• We will be ensuring that the toilet is cleaned after each client as well as a 15 min rota, adhered to and signed to confirm cleaning inspection has taken place.

• Signage will be placed in our window notifying clients not to enter until the reception is completely clear.

Arriving for your appointment

• We will be tweaking our appointment times to stagger when our clients arrive.

• Please ensure you allow plenty of time to arrive for your appointments as we are allowing time in between every client to clean down & sanitise all our tools / sections. Please don’t be late as this may mean less time for your treatments.

• Please can you wait in your car or outside of the salon. We will text or let you know as soon as your therapist is ready.

• Please can you ensure that you arrive to the salon alone so we can reduce the number of people in the salon as much as possible.
